We perform daily, 2x daily, or 4x daily backups of your website, storing them securely off-site for easy retrieval. In the event you need to restore your site, simply contact our support team, and we’ll handle the restoration process for you.

Our security measures include regular security scans, malware detection and removal, firewall implementation, and DDoS attack prevention. We continuously monitor your site for vulnerabilities and take immediate action to resolve any issues.

Monthly reports are included in our Max care package. They include updates performed, security scans conducted, backup status, website performance analytics, and any other services completed as part of your care package. These reports keep you informed about your website’s health and our activities.

Our care packages are designed to be all-inclusive for routine website maintenance. However, additional costs may arise for services outside the standard scope, such as custom development work. We’ll always discuss these costs with you in advance.

You can change or cancel your care package at any time. Contact us for assistance, and we’ll guide you through the process based on your needs and circumstances.

For monthly payments, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We will not issue refunds for the rest of the current month.

For yearly payments, cancellations will take effect immediately. You will be billed at our monthly rate for the months used. We will refund you the rest of your yearly payment.

Yes, your site will be monitored around the clock for uptime, performance, and security threats. Our team is alerted immediately if any issues arise, allowing for prompt responses.

If a conflict arises, we’ll identify the source, revert to a stable version if necessary, and work on a resolution. We’ll also communicate with plugin or theme developers for fixes and update you throughout the process.

We offer quick edits with our Plus and Max care packages. This can include posting new blog articles, updating product information, changing contact details, installing plugins, etc. Quick edits typically take up to 15 minutes to complete.

While our care packages focus on maintenance, security, and support, we can assist with adding new features or custom development at an additional cost. Let us know what you need, and we’ll provide a quote and timeline.
