Your Registration Obligations

Payment and Renewal

• General Terms: By selecting a service, you agree to pay WordyCare the one-time and/or monthly or annual subscription fees indicated. Subscription payments are charged on a pre-pay basis and are non-refundable.
• Automatic Renewal: Unless you notify WordyCare before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable fee using any payment method we have on record for you.

Services

• Fees; Payment: By signing up for WordyCare, you agree to pay the applicable setup fees and/or recurring fees. We reserve the right to change the payment terms and fees with thirty (30) days prior notice.
• Support: Some services include access to support as described on the Care Packages description page.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily view the materials (information or software) on WordyCare’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. You may not modify, copy, or use the materials for any commercial purpose without express written permission from WordyCare.

Disclaimer

The materials on WordyCare’s website are provided “as is”. WordyCare makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
